What’s life without some sugar in it? You probably have never imagined one. Sugar is a major ingredient to many modern food items (candy, soft drinks, sugarice cream; to name a few). Personally, I love sweets (non sugar free) and cant think of a diet without this sweet substance. I remember eating raw sugar everyday, when I was a kid. For many, its one of those things that make life worth living. The little quantity of dessert you so anxiously wait to eat after a meal, can make your day.
